Since his first visit to Chile´s Casablanca Valley in 2007, He has always had the passion to produce a wine that showed a perfect combination between his New Zealand experience and talent, and the quality of the grapes from this unique Valley.
This idea came to fruition in 2019 when together with Viticulturist Iñigo Undurraga they explored de vineyards that the family owns in the different sub valleys of Casablanca, selecting the premium parcel’s for Jabber wines.
The philosophy of this project is to use modern winemaking techniques to bring to the wine drinker the terroir which is Casablanca.
With three Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc and a one Blend from the same three, JABBER is a project that has shown through his winemaking experience, the incalculable potential of a valley recognized per the quality of its soil and climate to grow Word –class Sauvignon Blanc.
